Fulani Herdsmen have killed a farmer whom they accused of not revealing the identity of the farmer who caught one of their rams.
It was gathered that the executive Chairman of Doma Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, Honorable Jonathan Okuba Addra has directed the Nigeria Police and the Nigeria Hunters and Forest Security to bring the killers of Mallam Ali Oloshu to book.
This was revealed by a son of the deceased at the family compound shortly after his burial, according to Islamic rite.
He said his father did not fully recuperate from sickness, adding that he was just discharged from the hospital, and he insisted on seeing the farm.
“I was informed by his neighbor at the farm on what happened to him, and I took a motorcycle to Ohina, on reaching I saw him in a pool of blood with deep machete cut on his head, one knife cut in his stomach and his two hands were cut off, when I asked him of what happened he informed me of everything and the perpetrators of the heinous crime committed”.
He added that,” I took him on a motorcycle and not just up to one kilometer to the town where he died at Lower Benue River Basin Authority Quarters.
