The main road linking Plateau Central and Southern Senatorial districts were blocked completely by the supporters of All Progressives Congress, APC , including students of Federal College of Education Pankshin , Plateau State.
The students who barricade road chanting songs “we need change, please give the people of Plateau the right man, Jang has enslave us we need change we are tired of Du slavery.
The Pankshin Local Government Area went agog as thousands of APC supporters were all over the streets and also not left out in the campaign rally are the local entertainers from, Mangu ,Bokkos, Pankshin ,Kanke and Kanam displaying their cultural dances to welcome dignitaries.
Miss Deborah Lar joyfully expressed her feeling that government of PDP have neglected our parents; you imagine for three months they have not been paid.
We are calling on Plateau people to wipe away our tears that the present government had done to our people.
Lar appealed to Federal government to make free education for the teaming populace.
Also in solidarity the students pledged to support the gubernatorial candidate ambition of the opposition All Progressives Congress, Barr. Simon Bako Lalong.
The students urged people to join his campaign train.
The ambition of Simon Lalong was boosted when he entered  as party faithful were  cheering and admiring their presence and the three senatorial districts of the state, senatorial candidate for Southern Senatorial distict ,General John Shagaya,  Northern Senatorial district, Eunice Sambo who will be slugging it out with the incumbent Governor Jonah Jang.
Those in the  campaign team of the APC include General John Nanzip Shagaya,Ambassador Yahaya Kwande, Hon Dasuki Nakande ,Mrs Pauline Tallen, Hon.Hittler Dadi , Suleiman Kwande, Professor Sambo Wapmuk, Barr. Simon Lalong, Barr.Simon Dalung and all the candidates of APC .
Addressing party supporters, the governorship candidate promised to provide more social amenities to the people of the state if voted into office.

Lalong stated that he voluntarily entered into a pact with the people of  the state, adding that he will not fail to fulfil his electioneering promises.
