Ex-Yobe State ZDA Chairman Calls For Prayers Ahead December National Election

Former chairman of Za’ar Development Association (ZDA) Yobe state Branch, Comrade Emmanuel Yakubu Magani has urged Za’ar sons and daughters to embark on prayers for the coming December election of the Association.

Comrade Magani said it’s only true prayers that can help us to succeed in our Land also seeks guidance and intervention from God in the coming election, in order to choose a good leader with the fear of God to lead the people of Za’ar to the promised Land.

Added that Leadership is only coming from God that he has the power and the right to give it to whom he wants in order his name alone to be exalted.

The former chairman who is also contesting for the office of the General Secretary of the Association promise to respect the Za’ar chiefdom, elites, and anybody that belongs to the land if elected.

Comrade Emmanuel said that the “Association really need some changes more especially in the office of the Secretary, that’s why am contesting to take the mantle of the office from the occupier of the seat”,

” I will use the experience I gained as a former chairman ZDA Yobe State Branch and I knew that Secretary in any Association is an engine room, so if elected, I will not be allowed anybody to be my remote control but to only focus on the Association responsibilities,” Emmanuel said.

He further said that there’s nothing like do or die affairs in the coming elections because we’re all children of God and all belong to our beautiful Za’ar land.

Emmanuel urged all the delegates in 36 States across the country to vote wisely in the interest of Za’ar land not individually in order to foster development and unity among Za’ar community.

He, however, advises delegates to desist from selfish interests and avoid anything that will jeopardize the process of the elections and allow electorates to vote for a competent and credible candidate of their choice that will bring unity and development to our beloved Za’ar land.

He, therefore, advised people to all join hands together and deal with the challenges confronting us, and look for ways of resolving them for the benefit, peace, and prosperity in the land.

 

Universal Reporters also recalled that in the history of the Za’ar land Kingdom, whoever made efforts to bring division among the people that will not escape God’s punishment.
