A former House of Representative Member Representing Jos North /Bassa Federal Constituency, Hon. Lumumba Dah Adeh has charged delegates to vote for credible aspirants in the forthcoming primaries to avoid politics of bitterness.
Hon Adah during the Inauguration of his Campaign Directorate asked delegates to vote for him as the candidate for Plateau North senatorial district under ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) party.
Hon. Lumumba Adeh said if giving the opportunity to be at the red chamber of the National Assembly, he will deliver dividends of democracy to the good people of Plateau North.
Adding he said among the aspirants I still remain a very high ranking member that can make sure my people are more united and to witness developmental strides.
Adeh revealed this to newsmen shortly after he inaugurated his campaign directorates in his campaign office in Jos.
According to him” I stand out because of the vast experienced I have on the legislative matters having been a member House of Representatives and also special adviser to the president on National Assembly matters.
“My experience had gone beyond the legislature who is also the executive. I understand the office of government because I have a network in the manner that would benefit the people of Plateau North. And moreover, among my core contenders I stand out in ranking. Going to the Senate I would be a ranking member.”
Assuring for Justice, equity and fairness to all in the zone devoid of religion or ethnicity, Adeh stressed that ” live is a matter of awareness let there be understanding, but there is a need for fairness taking into cognizance the various interest of nationality in the zone.
“Is not the matter of fighting, is not the matter of trouble is just trying to prevail on the conscious of people by consciencetizing well enough to know everybody’s demand, to have a sense of belonging in the part of sentimental consideration.
“But beyond that we should also be desirous for qualitative representation. We have to look at the quality of people presenting themselves and what they can bring table for the benefit of the constituents.” He mentioned.
You would recall Hon.Lumumba Dah Adeh was a former House of Representatives member for Bassa/ Jos North Federal constituency, and is going to sort it out as he faced Barr. Edward Pwajok, member National Assembly representing Jos South/ Jos East constituency and Hon.Rufus Bature Secretary to the Plateau state Government in the party primaries that will hold soon.
