Education Minister Promised More Improvement In 2015

The Hon. Minister of Education Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau has promised more improvement for the Education sector in the 2015 budget defence at National Assembly Abuja.
In an Interview with Journalists in Abuja, The minister said the House committee on education and the Ministry agree to work together over the profer implementation of 2015 budget for the Ministry.
He added that 2015 budget will not be different with previous year 2014 budget.
Also the Minister briefed the House some of the Ministry challenges in which the committee of the House gave assurance to the Minister that they will work together to address such challenges in order to move the education sector forward.
The house committee chairman on education added that everything will be done to address the challenges facing the Ministry of Education. The Minister mentioned major challenges in the ministry as the non-full implementation of capital projects which is a global problem.
He added that the implementation is not limited to them only.

He said the ministry will focus on improving the education sector through the provision of quality sound education to Nigerians in line with Mr. President Transformation Agenda.
