Dutse Emirate Development Association, Gives N248,000 To Medical Students From Dutse

The Emir of Dutse Alhaji Nuhu Muhammed Sunusi has personally rendered his financial support to medical students from Dutse emirate to complete their medical training abroad.

 

The Emir made has pledged to assist students from the emirate who excelled in their studies in the area of medicine or any science courses.

 

This was disclosed by the Dutse Emirate Development Association, DEDA’s General secretary Dr. Ado Garba Jangargari shortly after the emirate gave out the financial assistance to them.

 

He said the emirate gave financial assistance to 8 MBBS graduates who graduated from an Egyptian university.

 

The students who are from Dutse emirate given N248, 000 through the Dutse Emirate development association office.

 

According to the secretary, each of the beneficiaries received the sum of N31, 000  to pay for accommodation and transportation to Ibadan.

 

The secretary said the assistance given to them was done to encourage them to be proactive and for their Medical and Dental Council Examination Of Nigeria, MDCN.

 

DEDA also appreciated the effort of Dr. Adamu Abdullahi Atawamie for coaching them and providing them with all the necessary guidance to enable them to pass their exam.

 

The secretary charged them to work hard and to be among the best graduates who will sit for the medical exam.
