A chieftain of the PDP in Yobe State, Mamu Muhammad whose name featured prominently in the ongoing investigation of PDP presidential campaign fund was invited and quiz by the EFCC. This was disclosed to this reporter by impeccable source at the Commission last night.
Our findings revealed that Mr. Mamu told the EFCC that he actually collected the sum of N78,010,000 million from the Dr Bulama led committee on behalf of the four local governments in Yobe South Senatorial District and accordingly and as instructed distributed to the leaders of four LGAs according to the template of disbursement given to him by the committee.
Mamu according to the source told investigators at the EFCC that he gave one Dr Barde Gadaka N13,330,000m for Fika Local Government while Abubakar Waziri and Muhammad Rama collected N21,370,000m for Potiskum LG.
According to him, Eng Jajere collected N23,210,000m for Fune LG while Dr Sani Ciromari and Umar Duddaye were given the sum of N19,100,000m for Nangere LG.
The Local Government leadership also collected the allocation of some selected PDP Stakeholders in the zone, Mamu revealed.
Some of stakeholders in the zone that benefited from various sums ranging from N1,000,000 to N200,000 include one Barr. Yuusuf Hardo, Hussain Musa, Fatsuma Talba, Baba Sarki, Salisu Mohammed, Shehu Damagun, Yakubu Damagun ,Hajiya Aisha Maina Bukar, Adam Kayeri, Suleman Ishiaku, Babagoni Alagarno.
