COVID-19 Lockdown: Buhari To Address Nigerians Today

President Muhammadu Buhari will at 8 pm today (Monday) broadcast to the nation as the stay-at-home directive caused by the coronavirus outbreak expires.

 

This is coming amidst concerns of the general economic downturn as citizens continue to lament the lockdown on the advice of the Presidential task force to monitor the development of COVID- 19 pandemic disease across the country.

 

President Buhari had on Sunday, met with the members of the Presidential Task Force, the Minister of Health Dr. Osagie Ehanire and Director-General of the NCDC, Dr. Chikwe Ihekweazu at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
