Coalition Of Bauchi State APC Supporters Stand Behind Uba Nana, Says He Remains Bauchi APC Chairman
Our Attention was drawn to a purported Press Release by one Mr Ibarahim Ago Suspending the State Chairman of APC.
The Press Release in its entirely is Nulity and Lacks any Legal Backing. We in the Coalition of Bauchi State APC supporters, wish to Categorically bring to the notice of the general public that the said Sponsors of this purported action are not legitimate members of the APC.
Aside this, The Constitutional provision as Envisaged in article 21 sub A,B,C and D Clearly Spelt out the modus of any Disciplinary action against an Erring member or Elected officer which none was Adhered to.
By the Same token, Those purported to have made the press conference were not at any time party to contestants when the state Chairman was duly elected during the last Congress of the party (held on 20th June 2018.)
Moreover the Coalition gathered Credibly that the said perpetrators are sponsored by present administration to bring Rancour within the party hierarchy and by Extension bury in the inadequacies in leadership.
In view of the foregoing, the Coalition wish to state in strong terms that the Neterous activities of those political Demagogues will not be condone, While Reaffirming our total support and unreservedly loyalty to the Leadership of Hon.Uba Ahmad Nana and his Executive.
