Central, Southern Peace Forum Congratulates Lalong, Mourns Pwajok Death

Plateau-StatePlateau central and southern Political forum, Chairman Mrs Solome  Dashe has thrown their weight behind the leadership of governor Simon Bako Lalong for his landslide victory in the  April,11th 2015 general election and also mourned the death of Sen. GNS Pwajok.

The chairman of  group, Mrs Dashe charged the citizens of Plateau state to be law abiding and always ensure that the development of youths ,social programmes and intellectual activities keep them as one .

The group in their congratulatory message to Governor Simon Lalong over his victory at the tribunal, also expressed sadness over the demise of Late Sen. GNS Pwajok who died outside the country while responding to treatment.

Dashe made this known in a press statement signed by the Public Relations Officer, Mr Yakubu Habila in Jos.

She tasked the governor to put aside politics and concentrate on the area of developing the state by carrying everyone along.

Mrs Dashe urged the people of Plateau state to support the administration of Bar Simon Lalong for better service delivery and to focus on grassroots development and people oriented projects.

She lauded supporters of All Progressive Congress, APC, for voting a credible and amiable leader whose vision of transforming the state to next level widely accepted.

Dashe warned youths to always desists from issues such as cultism , terrorism ,hooliganism and other social vices capable of causing rancour, noting that the 2015 general elections is peaceful.

She challenged Nigerian leaders to assist youths for the realization of their destined functions of nation-building.
