CAN tasks Politicians to eschew violence and preach togetherness

The Former President , Church of Christ in Nation ,COCIN ,who is   Chairman Plateau State branch of  Christian Association Nigeria Rev. Dr. Soja Bewarang has tasked politicians to eschew violence and  rededicate their position   toward  the betterment of  the society and preaching love.

Bewarang stated this during the dedication of the head office of Tazuk Investment Services Limited owned by Hon Emmanuel Go’ar at Zarazong, Jos East LGA, Plateau State.

He stressed that politicians  have been challenged to use their positions, as talents to serve the people, even as they have been tasked to dedicate their privileges to enhance the conditions of the people they represent.

‪Rev. Bewarang said he saw nothing wrong in the church supporting those politicians who stood for the truth and are always prepared to add value to the lives of the people they represent.

‪CAN boss used the Parable of the Talents in Mathew 25:14-30, said God honours those who use their resources to invest for themselves and the community, hence it shows their appreciation of God’s grace in them.

He noted that this singular act of establishing the project at Zarazong, outside his native local government is an indication of the desire for oneness, unity and the promotion of the Plateau man, hence all who have gathered for the dedication have come to say ‘well done, faithful servant, you have been entrusted with little, God has multiplied you for the benefit of others and yourself:

‪Chief Executive officer of the new outfit which specializes in gas services, and former member representing Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam in the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Emmanuel Lokji Go’ar said it was his humble contribution to church/governments’ efforts towards poverty alleviation, environmental protection, qualitative air, socio-economic development of Plateau through private sector.

The former Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly, said “felling of trees for firewood must be discouraged because our habitat is been threatened and one of the steps is to encourage the use of gas for domestic cooking. Gas is clean, cheap and environmentally friendly. This is the reason for my going into this business”.

‪Dignitaries who grace the occasion were former Speaker ,Rt ,Hon. Titus Ayuba Alams, retired Justice IS Gofwen, District Head of Fobur and Ndeh Alexander Molwus who spoke during the event paid glowing tribute to Hon. Emmanuel Go’ar for investing in the lives of the people thereby ensuring that the unemployed had a future.
