The Nigerian Senate on Wednesday voted to change the name of the Nigeria Police Force to Nigerian Police.
The Vote is part of the constitutional review process on-going at the 8th national assembly.
During the vote, 87 Senators voted in support for the change of name while 2 Senators voted against and one sustained.
