Barely any last minute change of plan, the outgoing inspector –General of police MD Abubakar, might officially declare for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP guber race in Zamfara state.
The inspector whose career in the police ends in July 2014, sources within the presidency told this medium that President Good luck Jonathan, has penciled the top cop for the governorship race in Zamfara state.
