Breaking: Over 50 Fulani Herders Allegedly Killed By An Airstrike In Nasarawa State

No fewer than fifty Fulani herders in Nasarawa State were confirmed killed by an airstrike in Ekye Development Area of Nasarawa State.

Unconfirmed sources stated that over 65 persons were killed in the airstrike by an unidentified helicopter suspected to be from Benue State.

The mass burial was carried out in Doma Local Government Area of the State amidst a mammoth crowd.

A Security personnel who pleaded anonymity who was at the scene where the corpses were kept for onward protest to Government House by the herders to inform the State Governor of the development, hinted the incident to this medium.

It was learned that Fulani herders identified the attackers are from Benue State, the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ramhan Nansel could not be reached for comment at press time.

It could be recalled that less than one week now, Doma people were thrown into pandemonium following the abduction of six primary school pupils in Al-waza community.

The unknown gunmen invaded the Local Government Education Authority primary school.
