The appointment was done today by the Lamido Adamawa Alhaji Muhammadu Barkindo Mustapha.
The appointment of Atiku as the Wazirin Adamawa was approved by the Adamawa Emirate Council.
Subsequently, Atiku’s son Aliyu Atiku Abubakar is now the new Turakin Adamawa.
