Some artisans have been feared trapped after a 21-story building collapsed in Lagos.
The building, said to be under construction, caved in Monday afternoon along Gerrard Road, Ikoyi.
Possible causes of collapse and the number of persons feared trapped is yet to be ascertained.
Emergency workers, it was learned, were yet to get to the scene at the time of this report.
Many people are said to be trapped in the rubble of the building as Lagos State authorities have mobilized first responders to the scene.
