Breaking: 25 Almajiri Children Escape Death In Plateau State

Twenty five (25) Almajiri children narrowly escape death around Hill station junction at about 12.30pm on Monday inside   18 seaters   bus conveying Almajiri children from Nasarawa to Bauchi State.

The head of Quranic citations program   that was reportedly injured and sustained minor injuries was said to be in a stage of confusion.

Under the confused his, he explained that, they were heading to Bauchi State and had an accident at Hill Station round about Jos.

According to eyewitness, the driver was over speeding while approaching the roundabout, when the bus lost control and rammed MTN fence leading to many children sustaining various degree of injuries.

At the Sauki Hospital the children were attended to by the Doctors on duty, as they said they have minor injuries.

However, effort to contact the appropriate JNI and Ulama proved abortive.

Our correspondent gathered that, sympathizers, and the Federal Road Safety men were at the scene of the rescue assisting the Victims to Sauki Hospital Jos.

The Doctors were seen attending to the children, The children are between the ages of 8 to 15, as at the time of filing this report no death was recorded but some are still receiving  treatment
