Bomb Explosion Averted By Police In Kaduna State

Kaduna State Police Command today averted what could have been a bomb blast in Kaduna State after a long break of suspected Boko Haram attack in State. Universalreporters.info gathered that the prompt intervention of the men and officers of the Police anti-bomb squad save the situation as the successfully defused the bomb which was concealed in a new computer.

According to an eyewitness who spoke to Universalreporters.info said the IED was planted close to the Popular Junction road which is near the Ahmadu Bello stadium in Kaduna City center.

Meanwhile the  Kaduna State Police Command while confirming the incident said that there was no casualty as the explosive device was defused professionally by his officers.

The incident was said to have occurred around 3.00pm in the afternoon, the situation however it was gathered caused chaos among the people within the area before the Police were alerted.

It will be recalled that there have been long break of suspected terror attack in state.
