Boko-Haram Rushes for Food Supply in Bauchi as Residents Rush to Sale To them

There are strong indications that suspected boko haram may be on their move to buy more food items in Bauchi after suffering serious set-back in Sambisa forest following military intensified assault.

This may not be unconnected to strange faces buying bulk of rice, maize including other food items in Gakadama, a suburb of Bauchi metropolis dominated by Christians.

The suspected insurgents only operate under shades by waiting their suppliers instead of market which is not usual in the past.

Eyewitness said the buy the food items regardless of the prices and have since their operation bought over 200,000 bags of grains.

The source confided to this medium that, one of the pastors in the area had to warn its members saying, they should be weary of who they deal with.

“Let me tell you no matter how much you tell this people, they buy the food items and leave with joy and people troop to sale to them in skyrocketed prizes and it appears the security agencies are not aware” said a resident.
