Blame Tinubu, Akande For Adamawa APC Crisis-Hon Hananiya

The crisis rocking the All Progressive Congress, APC deepens in Kano, Kwara, Adamawa and Sokoto states following the defection of the five governors of the PDP to the APC have been blamed on former Lagos State governor, Bola Tinubu, and the National Interim Chairman of the party, Bisi Akande.

A member of the House of Representative representing Gombi/Hong Federal Constituency of Adamawa State, Haske Hananiya, said that the crisis in the party should blame on the two leaders of the party as her accused the duo of imposing the newly decamped state governor, Murtala Nyako, on the founders of the APC in the state.

The Honourable member said this on Saturday while answering questions from Journalists where he went to commission a clinic which constructed at Gaya ward.

Speaking the lawmaker said; “Before the merger, we all agreed that governors under the three legacy parties (Action Congress of Nigeria, All Nigeria Peoples Party, and Congress for Progressive Change) that formed the APC would remain as leaders of APC in their states, but those from other parties that may join us cannot be leaders of the party, like the case of Adamawa, Kano and Sokoto states.”

“The national leadership of APC has erred in their decision to handover the leadership of the party in the five states to the G5 governors. We in Adamawa State feel that the attempt is a great disservice to all of us,” he said.
