Benue APC Chairman To Appear At Party North-Central Zonal Office Over Sharp Practices, Anti Party Activities

Aggrieved members of the All Progressives Congress, Benue state chapter has petitioned the party chairman, Abba Yaro of corruption and high headedness.

The party supporters presented the petition before Bar.Muhammed Hamman led fact finding committee at the north-central zonal office in Lafia.

The petitioners are alongside accusing the embattled chairman, Yaro for neglecting party constitution, they accused the party chairman of running the party as his personal property.

The chairman declined questions from cross section of Journalists at the zonal secretariat.

The party zonal chairman in an interview said the chairman is yet to be served with the copy of the petition.

“I’m not aware of the petition; Bar.Hamman attested that the chairman was not in receipt of the petition”.

” as a fact finding committee he was given copies of the allegations leveled against him, Abba Yaro”.

The chairman of the committee while clearing the air said Yaro was not indicted rather it was an allegations against him and Monday next week was fixed for his appearance at the zonal secretariat of the party.
