Be Wary Of Fraudsters, Governor Al-Makura Tells Neighborhood Market Traders

Worried over the rising spate of fraudulent activities in Lafia neighborhood market by some gullible and  criminal elements , Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura warned traders not to make any transaction concerning renting of shops by suspected fraudsters.

The governor hinted this during the swearing-in of elected Council officials in the State.

Saying business activities would commence soon in the neighborhood market.

“As a responsible government will not allow fraudsters to infiltrate the system”.

In a related development, Al-Makura called on the Association of grain store in the State Lafia to expedite action by commencing the building of their permanent Site.

He said the building of the N160 Million grain store would reduce wastage of farm produce.

“I would use this occasion to call on your association to commence the building of the permanent site of grain store.
