Be Aware of 4+4 Youth Organizations In Nasarawa State-NYC Chairman Tells Governor Sule

Nasarawa State Chairman of the Youth Congress of Nigeria, Comrade Kefas Tigga has called on Governor Abdullahi Sule to be watchful of 4+4 Youth Organizations that infiltrated the State.

 

He disclosed this during an exclusive interview with Universal Reporters at his residence, He, however, maintained that the Governor should be mindful of Youth Organizations which he explained is not apolitical Organization.

 

He indicated that the State Governor should not hesitate to reward those that have the State at heart not mediocre.

 

Kefas Tigga also advised the Governor to promote Local content in his daily running of the affairs of the state.

 

“Promoting local content simply means involving indigenes in the award of the contract would also reduce boredom and would boost the economy of the state, while indigenes that are specialists in their field should be uplifted to the next level.

 

The NYC Chairman furthermore called on Engineer Abdullahi Sule to be aware of the early endorsement ahead of the 2023 election which he said is still far.

 

On the lingering rift between the state government and the Nigeria Labour Congress over a thirteen years promotion appealed to the Governor to shift the ground for peace to reign.

 

The Chairman applauded the NLC for trimming their eleven demands to only one, saying the position was in the right direction.

 

He further explained that the Herculean task ahead of the Governor is to embark on training and retraining of workers, especially the first set of graduands of the Nasarawa State University, Keffi that were given automatic employment.

 

On the appointment of cabinet members,Kefas Tigga advised the Governor to take a critical look at the conglomeration of technocrats that would add value to the state not appointing unpopular people.

 

“As a Governor, Engineer  Abdullahi Sule needed more technocrats to do well ahead of 2023”.
