Bauchi State Assembly To Screen 20 Caretaker Chairmen Tomorrow

The Bauchi State House of Assembly to screen over twenty (20) caretaker committee chairmen tomorrow Tuesday send to them by Governor Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir of the state for screening and confirmation.

Speaker of the state Assembly, Honorable Abubakar Y. Suleiman made this announcement during the plenary last Tuesday in Bauchi.

The speaker added that “ The House has received a message from the Executive Governor of Bauchi State His Excellency, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammad requesting for screening and confirmation of Local Government Areas Caretaker Chairmen and their Deputies.”

While presenting the message as addressed to the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Abubakar Y Suleiman, during the plenary, the Majority Leader of the House, Hon. Tijjani Muhammad Aliyu said that the request follows the expiration of the tenure of the elected Local Government Chairmen and their Deputies.

This is the full list of newly appointed caretaker committee chairmen of the 20 local government area of the state, are.

Alkaleri, Alhaji Bala Ibrahim Pali, Bauchi,  Baba Musa, Bogoro: Mr. Markus Bitrus Lusa, Dambam, Alhaji Muhammad Sabo Joji,  Darazo, Alhaji Zakari Inuwa Labaran.

While, Dass local government Alhaji Ado Maigoro, Gamawa, Alhaji Nasiru Bakura, Ganjuwa: Muhammad Idris, Giade: Abubakar Nawaila,  Itas/Gadau: Abubakar Bello.

Other newly caretaker committee chairmen are Jama’are local government: Alhaji Inuwa Moisha,  Katagum: Umaru Hassan,  Kirfi: Muhammad Tukur Adamu, Misau: Salisu Hussaini,  and Ningi local government Alhaji Ibrahim Zubairu Mato.

The rest are Shira local government: Alhaji Babangida Muhammad, Tafawa Balewa: Samaila Wakili, Toro: Danlami Garba Abubakar, Warji: Ibrahim Ismail and last is Zaki local government area which is Alhaji Abdullahi T. Musa.
