Alhaja Abibatu Mogaji Mother Of Ex-Lagos State Governor,Bola Tinubu Dies At 96
Ex-governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s mother, Alhaja Abibatu Asabi Mogaji is dead.
She died at the age of 98 years. In a brief statement issued by the family, said the nonagenarian died at her residence the in Ikeja Lagos State around 6pm on Saturday.
The late Abibatu which is widely regarded as the Amazon of Market Women will be laid to eternal rest on Sunday, June 16 at the Ikoyi Muslim Cemetery.
The Asabi Mogaji was also the President-General, Association of Nigerian Market Women and Men and also front line leader of Lagos State Market Women Association.
