Akwa Ibom Police Clamp Down On Users Of Vehicles With Covered/Defaced Plate/Registration Number And Vehicles With Tinted Glasses

Akwa Ibom State Police Command wishes to inform the General Public that the Law prohibiting the use of vehicles without tinted permit is still in force.

It is also an offence to drive a vehicle with covered or defaced plate/Registration number.

The Command has therefore commenced massive enforcement of the Laws prohibiting the use of vehicles with concealed/covered plate numbers and vehicles without tinted permits.

Violators will be apprehended and prosecuted accordingly.
