  • As Eminent Citizen Sponsors Free Forms, Another Sets To Donate Venue

Ahead of the forthcoming cultural fair, where many citizens of Akwa Ibom will be afforded opportunity to vie for Mr and Miss Culture 2016, an eminent indigene of the state, Prince Udo Etuketim, has volunteered to purchase ten free forms for interested contestants, while another has accepted to secure venue for the cultural event.

Cultural fair is packaged by Epistle Signature, an entertainment outfit in the state, according to the Chief Executive Officer of the outfit, Mr Mike Umoh, operation bring back our indigenous languages will be launch during the event.

He said the event will hold on November 11, 2016, and will feature Mr and Miss Culture 2016, and winners will have one week holiday at their choice  city in America, added with other prizes that are attached to the pageantry.

The #BringBackOurLanguage Is an orientation campaign that have attracted many Akwa Ibomite who have keyed in interest in revamping the Indigenous language culture in Akwa Ibom State.

The organizer has also called on prominent Akwa Ibom persons who are keen on promoting our culture and languages to join hand in sponsoring, Volunteering and Partnering with the organizer of the program.

Culture is very significant in the life of any given group of people, because it foster unity, and brings cooperation, hence the need to launch operation bring back our languages, which is gradually fading away because of influence of foreign languages to save our indigenous languages from extinction.
