Adik,Dogara Charges PLASCUF To Shun Politics Of Bitterness And Embrace Oneness

The Organising Secretary of the All Progressive Congress ,APC,Plateau State Chapter ,Hon. Philip Adik Asanto has admonished the Plateau Southern /Central Unity Forum (PLASCUF) to shun politics of bitterness and embrace what will promote unity of oneness amongst the eleventh Local Government councils of the state .

Adik stated this during the 50 million naira fund raising for the purchase of land and building of its hall at Solomon Lar Amusement park Jos .

He appreciated the positive contribution of the southern -central unity forum in shaping the politics of plateau state but frown at the internal crises bringing setback to the progress of the zones .

Philip said for the state to progress political and religious stakeholders most put aside their cultural and religious differences to move forward .

The Chairman of IPAC ,Northern Nigeria ,Hon. Abubakar Dogara charged the forum not to allow politicians to hijack them and push them into unnecessary crises to promote their selfish agenda .

He urged the leadership of the traditional rulers in the zones to intervene and curtail the activities of political class trying to bring division among them .

IPAC Chairman explained that Nigeria is a multiethnic communities were no tribe or religious can claim dominant of anything but we must agree to work together for peaceful coexistence .

Dogara emphasized the need for the electorate to vote for competence devoid of any sentiment attach and support any candidate that have people oriented program to improve the well-being of the rural people .

He said ,”Nigerian are yearning for good leaders that would take us to the promise land but we have to encourage voters to carefully vote credible people in the forthcoming general elections .

Those that are our  leaders most promote the politics of principle and ideology for the people to imbibe the culture of tolerance and understanding if not the fear of the unknown always push us toward ethnic and religious differences in the forthcoming elections, “.

He reminded the gathering of the body of forum that era of politics of cheap blackmail and religious differences will not achieve any meaningful success in Nigeria but we employ all a sundry to work together as a team to liberate our people .
