ADC Commences Screening, As Guber Aspirant Vows To Eradicate Poverty By Yakubu Busari,Jos

The governorship aspirant in Plateau state under African Democratic Congress, ADC ,Alh Sabiu Ibrahim Musa has promised to eradicate poverty by impacting positively in promoting the tenets of democracy if elected as the Governor of the state come 2015.
Musa stated this at his campaign office on Wednesday at Enugu Road adjacent Masalachi Jumma central mosque ,Jos ,Plateau state.
He said ,the party commenced the state screening of aspirants vying for various positions to commensurate the INEC exercise .
The gubernatorial aspirant explained that the party is not interested in the zoning formula but will give emphasis  to any credible candidate that can deliver the dividends of democracy .
According to him, ADC have filed all candidates for all the positions in the state and we don’t have much problem with the contestants ,what we are after is for people to come and register and obtain their voters card .
Hon Sani Abdul who is the aspirant for state House of Assembly ,Jos North-West expressed satisfaction with the level of transparency shown by the supporters of the party .
He pointed out that youth empowerment and job creation is one of the topmost priority that will be follow with vigour in his electioneering campaign .
Abdul promised transparency ,accountability to the people of his constituents and also to upgrade the living standard of the people.
Alh. Abdul also lamented the high rate of unemployment and impunity in the country but described its as lack of good governance and jobless youths roaming the streets doing nothing  .
We shall make sure that the crisis in Jos north Local government is brought under the  control of government by creating awareness on peaceful coexistence  to the youths who are vanguard of development.
 He said most of the crisis in the country is lack of proper understanding ,there can not be meaningful development without unity, so Iam appealing to Christians and Muslims to laydown their armory and embrace love for one another in respective of tribes or  religion.
Also Jos North – North Plateau state House of Aspirant ,Mallam Mua’azu Sani Salisu said,” my first priority will given to education and providing job opportunity especially to the teaming youth and women empowerment.
He stressed further that water scarcity and lack good health care delivery is one area that had been neglected by the present government .
Salisu explained that peace building and togetherness especially the plight of nursing mothers and pregnant women these people are suffering and dying is silent so we have to do something to eliminate them .
He vowed for good quality representation.
