Adamawa Government Approves Recruitment Of 4000 Persons Into Civil Service

In his efforts to tackle unemployment and boost economic growth, Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has approved the recruitment of 4,000 new workers into the state’s civil service.

 

According to a statement issued by Humwashi Wonosikou, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, the State Civil Service Commission has been directed to open a recruitment portal, allowing eligible candidates to apply for available positions across various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).

 

The online portal, https://csc.ad.gov.ng, will open at midnight on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, and close on May 12, 2025.The Chief Press Secretary explained that applicants must possess the necessary qualifications and present original copies of their credentials during the interview phase.

 

He added that individuals who participated in the last aborted interview exercise are welcome to reapply. Governor Fintri , Wonosikou noted, remains committed to improving the living standards of Adamawa citizens, especially the youth.

 

“Governor Fintiri’s administration prioritizes job creation to ensure no one is left idle,” he stated.He emphasized that the initiative is designed not only to empower the younger generation but also to foster economic development across the state.

 

“This initiative aims to enhance living standards, empower the younger generation, and foster economic growth and development,” the statement read.

 

“By providing job opportunities, the Government demonstrates its commitment to the welfare and development of Adamawa citizens.”The administration’s latest effort underscores its proactive approach to addressing unemployment and ensuring inclusive growth throughout the state.
