The Nasarawa State People’s Democratic Party, PDP, has affirmed Hon. David Emmanuel Ombugadu as the sole candidate of the party for 2027, in the presence of staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at the party headquarters in Lafia.
The party candidate lauds party Executives across all the electoral wards of the State. He also applauded the members of the State Assembly for remaining firm in the party.
Given the assurance that the PDP will take over the Shendam road Government House come 2027, stating that the party will embark a rigorous campaign in no distant time.
The Governorship candidate, Hon David Ombugadu, told the crowd that the party will participate in the June 28th bye-election to fill the vacancy in the Senate.
An elderly state man, Mathew Akwe Doma, affirmed that the party will have a landslide victory come 2027.
Appealing to stakeholders to go to the hinterland to mobilize people to vote for the party, also speaking, the Deputy Governor,Yahaya Ohinoyi thank the people of the State for the confidence they repose in them.
