U-20 WWC: Falconets Drawn In Group F With Spain, China, New Caledonia

Nigeria’s Falconets have been drawn in Group F alongside Spain, China, and New Caledonia for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup..

The draw for the 12th edition of the biennial tournament was held on Friday in Łódź, Poland.

The Falconets will be aiming to win the title for the first time after finishing runners-up twice in the competition’s history.

Hosts Poland are in Group A with Argentina, Benin, and Mexico, while defending champions Korea DPR will face Colombia, Costa Rica, and Portugal in Group E.

Ghana were drawn in Group C alongside France, Korea Republic, and Ecuador.

Fellow African representatives Tanzania face a daunting challenge in Group D, where they will come up against Brazil, England, and Canada.

Poland will host its first major global women’s football tournament across four cities — Bielsko-Biała, Katowice, Łódź, and Sosnowiec.

The competition will run from September 5 to 27, 2026.
