Four persons has been killed while 17 were injured following two suicide bomb attacka at Dalori 1 and Dalori 2 Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps respectively in Borno State.
According to a statement signed by Northeast National Emergency Management Agency’s Public Relations Officer Abdulkadir Ibrahim revealed that the incident occurred at about 11.20 PM on Sunday.
The statement also hinted that two suicide bombers (a male and female) detonated their Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) at the IDP camp leading to the death of three persons while 17 others were injured.
Morseo, another incident was said to have occurred at Dalori 2 IDP camp where a suicide bomber was intercepted leading to the death of only the bomber.
According to the statement the injured persons have been administered with first aid and moved to hospitals in Maiduguri, the state capital.
