About Eighteen (18) kidnappers and two of the accomplices were killed in Wase Local Government Council of Plateau State in Kampany Zurak community and traditional rulers whose names were linked to the crime as culprits are on the run.
Our Reporter gathered that most palaces of the accused traditional rulers are empty due to their involvement in the shady deals of kidnapping business.
The community leaders are behind the incessant attacks and kidnapping of their subjects for ransom, including selling lands to foreigners after collecting huge amounts of money.
However, with the rate of kidnapping going on in Bashar District of Wase LGA the community leaders including the security agencies mobilize themselves to curb the nearby bushes.
As they beaming searchlights towards some villages and possibly places seen to be seen as hideout locations, one of the senior security Chief was said to be in contact with the culprits and was immediately identified and attacked by his colleague who exposed them.
They arrested the security Chief and took him to neighbouring Bauchi state where they mobilized for a combined search leading to the killings of 18 kidnappers and two accomplished.
Our medium authoritatively gathered that the senior security Chief who is the informant had exposed those who are behind the kidnapping business in the rural areas of Plateau communities upon investigation.
