Our Son Is Not a Boko Haram Member, He Is Wrongfully Arrested, Family Cries Out Human Rights Commission

The Family Members of Bello Chindo who was arrested at the Namdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja as an alleged suspect of Boko Haram who is in the wanted list of Boko Haram suspected members has called for the intervention of National Human Rights Commission NHRC and Amnesty International Abuja for the release of their son who was arrested.
The Family members in a letter to the Commission signed by elder brother to victim, Mallam Sodangi Chindo ,made available to newsmen in Bauchi , said members of the family have made several efforts to secure the release of Bello Chindo who is innocent of the act being accused him of but to no avail.
“We don’t know what to do next as our hands are tied and our aged parents have lost their sleep since the unfortunate events took place on the 8th of November 2015″ Sodangi cried
According to Sodangi, the more days their Brother spends under the Custody, the more terrified and anxious his family members become about his health.
“We pray the Commission would intervene and assist to secure the release of Bello Chindo who is innocent and wrongfully arrested”
It could be recalled that Bello Chndo was arrested on the faithful date as he was allegedly arrested as a suspected Boko Haram Sect on his way to Benin Republic via Lagos on a business trip.
